HOW FAR AWAY IS TOWER 23 FROM THE BEACH?

The hotel is footsteps from the beach on a small bluff. There is direct access to the beach from the staircase in front of the hotel.

IS TOWER 23 FAMILY FRIENDLY?

Yes! Children 17 and younger stay at no additional charge in the same room as their parents (maximum occupancy for Queen/Queen rooms is 4 and maximum occupancy for King rooms is 3).. The hotel offers pack n plays for our youngest guests.

WHAT SERVICES AND AMENITIES ARE COMPLIMENTARY?

TOWER 23 offers complimentary bike rentals, beach chairs, boogie boards sand toys, and one welcome drink per person,

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT?

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. Early check-ins are based on availability on the day of arrival only. Late check-outs are available on availability on the day of departure.

ARE ROLLAWAYS AVAILABLE?

Rollaway beds are available in King Rooms for a fee of $25 each night. Please make a request at reservations, there is a limited quantity available.. Rollaway beds are not permissible in Queen/Queen rooms.

DOES TOWER 23 OFFER PARKING?

Valet Parking is $35 per night with in and out access. It is a covered, secured garage.

Valet parking is validated for 2 hours when dining at JRDN Restaurant.

DO YOU OFFER ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING?

Yes, we offer EV charging in our secure parking garage.

DO I NEED RESERVATIONS TO DINE?

Reservations are recommended for all guests. Reservations may be made on the website, on Open Table, or by calling us at 858-270-2323.

DOES TOWER 23 HAVE A POOL?

TOWER23 does not have a pool. There is an 18" deep splash water feature. However, swimming is available from the beach. Surf-only areas are seasonal, please check the flags or ask the front desk.

IS THERE A FITNESS CENTER?

We partner with 24 Hour Fitness, which is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel, to offer our guests $10 access. The hotel occasionally hosts yoga events on the deck. Please check our upcoming event schedule for availability.
