Architect Graham Downes' design integrates seamlessly with the topography of its Pacific Beach locale and activities related to the seashore and boardwalk. The series of transition -- from the sky, horizon, breakers, shoreline, embankment and boardwalk -- are carried through the sequence of seating options, from the patio deck to the oyster bar, TOWER Deck, Sunset Patio, main dining or private Wine Room of the restaurant.
